Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all invoices and brand tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours; please ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our studio and passes our quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
